Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of RouterX — including the documentation, REST API, SDK, and on-chain smart contracts (collectively, the “Services”).

Last updated: January 2026

1. Acceptance of terms#

By accessing the documentation, calling the API, installing the SDK, or interacting with the RouterX smart contracts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services#

RouterX is an on-chain DEX aggregator. The Services provide routing information and tools that help you construct and submit your own blockchain transactions. RouterX Labs does not execute trades on your behalf, hold your assets, or act as a broker, exchange, or counterparty.

3. Eligibility#

You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including tax and sanctions requirements.

4. Assumption of risk#

Interacting with blockchain protocols carries significant risk. You acknowledge and accept the following, among others:

  • Smart contracts may contain bugs, be exploited, or behave unexpectedly.
  • Digital asset prices are volatile and trades may result in loss, including from slippage, MEV, or failed transactions.
  • Gas estimates and quotes are informational and may differ from realized on-chain outcomes.
  • Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible once confirmed.

No financial advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating your trades.

5. Non-custodial nature#

The Services are non-custodial. You retain exclusive control of your private keys and assets at all times. RouterX Labs never has access to your funds and cannot reverse, cancel, or recover any transaction you sign and broadcast.

6. Acceptable use#

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions program.
  • Launder proceeds of crime or finance illicit activity.
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the Services or underlying networks.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with RouterX Labs or infringe its intellectual property.

7. Intellectual property#

The documentation, SDK, and RouterX marks are owned by RouterX Labs. The SDK and open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses. Use of the RouterX name and logo must follow the Brand guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of warranties#

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RouterX Labs does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouterX Labs and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, assets, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

10. Changes to these terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? See the Privacy Policy or contact us.
